DIY: Natural Rooibos and Lemon Beauty Treatments

Think of your skin like nature of the wildness it changes with the seasons and has different needs based on the temperature, humidity and even the amount of daylight we get. This foot scrub is designed to scrub away the dead skin cells, leaving your feet feeling revived and refreshed.

Foot Rinse
Remove the bags and dilute the Rooibos tea with 2 litres of hot water. Let the tea cool down, then soak your feet for 20-25 minutes.
 
Rooibos Properties
Rooibos has strong powerful antioxidants that helps to shield the skin from external factors including pollution. The presence of zinc, often used in health treatments mostly related to skin allergies (irritated skin). Perfect herbal skin care.

Lemon Properties
It helps to soften the skin and regular usage heals the cracks of your heals.
It also removes stubborn dirt and dead skin cells that build up on the surface of your skin to reveal a fresher layer of skin underneath.

Foot Scrub
You will need:
45 ml of rooibos tea leaves
40ml of brown sugar
35ml of lemon juice
15ml of coconut oil

Enough for 1-2 Pax.

Directions
Combine all the dry ingredients together with your lemon juice and coconut oil using a tablespoon.
Scrub the skin by applying a layer of product on your feet, lightly massage for 5 mins each foot. Relax for 10 mins then rinse with lukewarm water. Apply foot balm if needed.
